- Devexperts is a technology and software provider that developed DXtrade for brokers and prop firms.
- Devexperts is not a broker and does not provide any services to traders. For this reason, it can not engage with traders directly in relation to any account inquiries.
- DXtrade is the product name of the software that is used by brokers and prop firms.
- Brokers and prop firms use this software (DXtrade) to provide their brokerage services to their traders. Brokers take care of all account inquiries for their traders.
- Your broker or prop firm may have recently switched over to using DXtrade software to provide you with a trading platform and trading services. Your broker still manages the platform’s operations and all trader accounts, including account creation and account credentials.
Devexperts is not a broker or prop firm and does not provide any services to traders. For this reason, it can not engage with traders directly in relation to any account inquiries.

One of the benefits of DXtrade is that your broker gets their own mobile app (it is not shared with other brokers). However, this does mean that it requires some extra time to set up and be approved by app stores.
If your broker has recently switched to DXtrade and you are having trouble accessing the mobile app, please contact your broker directly for more information on the status of their app’s launch.
If your broker or prop firm has recently switched to DXtrade (meaning that your broker is now using our software), your broker or prop firm will issue you with any new credentials needed to sign into your new account.

Devexperts is currently integrating a large number of trade copiers with DXtrade, including Trader Connect. The DXtrade copier service will also be available soon.
DXtrade supports only the regular Stop Loss/Take Profit protection orders.

Yes, we have plenty of indicators in the DXtrade platform. Most, if not all of the MT4/5 indicators are provided in the DXtrade terminal.
There is a close all button in the positions widget.
The chart history data is controlled by the broker company. You can go back as far as there is available data provided by the broker.
No, however, your broker or prop firm controls the IPs permitted for their platform. They may only allow certain IPs. Please confirm this with your broker or prop firm directly.
A reminder that as a software and technology provider, we can’t engage with traders directly. Traders must direct all inquiries to their broker or prop firm.
Brokers and prop firms may decide to open up the APIs for external use, most do. We do not publish an external list due to contractual reasons.
Yes, that is correct. DXtrade can act as the backend for brokers using Tradingview.com. You can find more information about this integration here.
DXtrade is only available as a web or mobile application.
No, there is no functionality that supports the replay of past market movements/trade simulation.
This would only work for those brokers using DXtrade as the backend, and those that have opened up the API access.
